Document content:
- The full content of any document converted through the Service, stored in PDF format
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Document conversion: To render DocSend documents and convert them to PDF format for your download. If a DocSend link requires an email address to view, we submit your email to DocSend on your behalf to access the document. Your email will be visible to the document owner as a viewer of their document.
Third-party business evaluation: Copies of converted documents may be shared with and reviewed by third-party groups, including venture capital firms, investment funds, and other business entities, for internal business evaluation purposes such as investment review, market research, and partnership assessment.
Follow-up communications: If you provide your email address, this information may be shared with interested third-party groups to facilitate follow-up communication related to the contents of the document you submitted.
Service improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve the Service.
Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
3. How We Share Your Information

Third-Party Reviewers: As described in Section 2, converted documents and any voluntarily provided contact information may be shared with third-party business entities for evaluation purposes.

Converted documents: Retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested. You acknowledge that once a document has been shared with Third-Party Reviewers, the Service cannot guarantee deletion from those third parties' systems. Deletion requests apply only to copies retained directly by the Service.
Contact information: Retained for as long as it remains relevant for the purposes described in this policy, or until deletion is requested. Contact information that has already been shared with Third-Party Reviewers may be retained by those parties independently.
Automatically collected data: Retained for up to 24 months.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Do Not Track
The Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.
